Terms & Conditions
Please read these conditions closely.

• An individual person may only sign up once.

• Members reserve the right to cancel service at any time. Voluntary participation is a condition of membership. If a member is not satisfied with their membership they may cancel at anytime.

• Under the 'Getting Paid While You Read Your Email Program', you will be paid 3 cents for every commercial email that our advertisers send you. You will also receive 1 cent/email read by your referrals down to level 4. (This rate may change accordingly to our advertisers).

• Under the 'Get paid to Shop' program, you will be rewarded with points whenever you purchased something from the AllCommunity stores. If you have purchased something within the last 6 months, you'll also be rewarded with points when any one of your referrals shop. Note: You will need to ensure that you have your cookies turned on when you shop or we won't be able to reward you.  We use cookies to track your purchases. (Another way to ensure you get rewarded is to use the same email address as your Allcommunity one when you fill out the order form). At the end of each month, we'll convert your points to cash based on the actual margins we receive from the merchant/s.

• For every other paid programs we have now or add in the future, we will post their individual payment methods as and when they are available.

• AntiSpam Policy - AllCommunity.com strictly prohibits members from sending unsolicited mass emails or spam, whether via email, Usenet or any other form. Any member using spamming techniques for soliciting referrals will be immediately terminated. In addition, their mailing address will be ineligible for opening a new membership account. • Each member may have an unlimited amount of direct referrals or indirect referrals (up to level 5).

• Payments sent monthly in the form of a check will be processed and mailed only once a member has accumulated $100 in their account.

• AllCommunity.com reserves the right and privilege to remove any member at any time from the AllCommunity membership without prior or written notification.

• AllCommunity retains all rights to the AllCommunity name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. No part of the AllCommunity website may be re-produced, stored, or distributed without the written consent of AllCommunity.

• AllCommunity, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of AllCommunity's services.

• Members agree to use AllCommunity at their own risk.

• AllCommunity makes every effort to verify and maintain a high standard of quality for our services, but AllCommunity does not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, or accuracy of AllCommunity's services.

• All examples and payment illustrations used on this website is solely for demonstration purposes only. AllCommunity have no way to say how much money you will ultimately make, or how many referrals you will have. This will depend on how hard you work to sign up referrals and how hard they, in turn, work to sign up referrals, and so on and so forth.

• Hourly rate limits, hourly payments, other forms of payment and all other terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members. In some cases, payment to members are only made when advertisers pay AllCommunity. It is the member's responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions, since changes are effective for all members, regardless of when member joined.
